Exotic Pole Flow: A 4 week pole choreography / routine / dance-based course utilizing the base of the pole and the floor. Think Russian or "stripper" style sensual movements. Heels and knee-pads are strongly recommended. Suitable for all levels with some pole experience. This course books out, so book now!
Pole, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks Basics: A 4 week short course - your first introduction to the aerial world: learning pole fitness, aerial hoop or aerial silks. You'll have amazing fun and gain pole/circus skills, knowledge, body-awareness, strength, stamina and flexibility as you go. Suitable for complete beginners or experienced polers/aerialists wanting to add another class to their schedule and tighten up their basics or to join/bring a friend who is new to pole/aerials.
Men's Pole: Coming in Term 2! Starting 8th March. A 4 Week Course designed for men and run by sponsored athlete and instructor Dougie! Fitness style, strength based and a whole lot of fun. We're also running a free Men's Pole trial class on Wednesday 1st March at 8pm if you're keen to try before you buy!
Level Up: A 4 week pre-hab and conditioning course designed in consultation with experts in personal training, myotherapy and physiotherapy to increase your strength, joint stability, active flexibility and stamina, and fast-track your progress for pole and aerials. Suitable for all levels of pole and aerials, great for performers and competitors to keep you competition-ready.
Pre-habilitation and Mobility: A 4 week course working with a qualified PT who is also a parkour instructor, stunt person and pole dancer to build your strength and stabilize while also increasing range of motion, learn how to avoid injury and prepare your body for progressing through the levels in your pole and aerials classes and life in general! Suitable for all levels. Leggings/stretchy pants and socks recommended.
