End of Year Showcase

Join us for our end-of-year Student Showcase! The theme is: Home - we'll be dancing aerial versions of what "Home" means to us.
Tickets are $5 with limited seating (22/11 SOLD OUT).
Our students and instructors will be performing on pole, hoop, silks, hammock and cube.
There's an awesome raffle with prizes (we'll update these as sponsors come in), and we continue on the celebrations at the Post (our local pub on the corner) after the show.

Dance Confidence Workshop: Commercial Edition
7pm - 8.30pm, Wednesday 15th January
Dance Confidence: 4 different styles as workshops over the year: e.g. commercial, lyrical, heels and broadway.
Learn dance choreography to open your show, before starting your combos on an apparatus.
All styles are totally accessible by everyone, no prior dance experience required.
5.30pm - 7pm. Friday 17th January, 2020
Pole, hoop, silks & hammock invert technique with Liz! Learn how to get and improve your inverts on one, two, or all three of the apparatuses we teach! Drills, floor exercises, and technique break down and focus. Straddles, shouldermounts, aerial inverts, tucks, pikes, pullovers, bucket hangs... all of the things!
This is suitable for ALL levels. Fresh Beginners can get a head start getting upside down and/or can work now on the skills and techniques they'll need to develop great inverts later. Intermediate/Advanced students: everyone's inverts could be stronger, smoother, neater and more impressive! Nail those illusive skills you're struggling with, or build up to straight arm/leg inverts and deadlifts.
