Class Descriptions
In-Person Classes:
Trail/Casual Pole/Hoop/Silks/Hoop & Silks/Sling/Pole Flow etc.: a one-off introductory casual class designed to give you a taste of our classes before you book into one of our courses. These will typically only run in Week 8 of any term, where there is room on the timetable.
Pole, Hoop, Silks or Sling 8 Week Courses (Beginner - Advanced): 8 week courses designed to teach students safe and strong progressions including tricks, transitions and conditioning exercises on their chosen apparatus, building on what they've learned week to week. If you're unsure what level to book in to, contact us to book an assessment.
Pole, Hoop, Silks or Sling 4 Week Mini Courses: only run mid-term if we have room after 8 week courses are booked, gives you a taste of our full 8 week course. Once complete: you can book into a full 8 week Beginner's course, or do a private lesson (solo or shared with 1 other person) to do the rest of the 8 week course content and (depending on how you go) be able to move up and book into an 8 week Intermediate Preparation (Inter Prep) course.

Pole Flow, Hoop Flow, Silks Flow, Sling Flow: Learn a dance to a song with the pole/hoop/silks/hammock and floor in this choreography / routine / dance-based class. Usually offered as a 4 Week Course. For Pole: Knee-pads are strongly recommended, heels optional (depending on class style). For Hoop: leg warmers recommended. Suitable for Inter Prep and above.
Not all class types are available every term. Each class type is able to be booked as a private lesson or as a one-off custom casual class, party class or team building session for a group. We are also happy to open up new class/course time slots where there is demand. Contact us to discuss.
